These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you begin using the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
1. Service Description
Clash Strategic provides tools and resources, including strategic coaching: guides, analyses, and deck proposals prepared by Clash Strategic based on its own calculations, synergy rules, and game data, to help you train and improve in Clash Royale. This coaching is gameplay guidance and does not include individual human coaching or live sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data) to use our Services. If you are under the age of consent in your country, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct and Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. This includes, among other things:
- Posting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Using content from our website for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
5. User Comments and Posts
If you post comments or other content on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display such User Content in connection with the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we consider inappropriate.
6. Virtual Currency: Gems and Coins
Gems and coins are virtual balances within the app that unlock strategic coaching and advanced features, such as certain levels of deck analysis or generation. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable outside your account, and are consumed when using the corresponding feature. Your available balance is displayed in your user bar. Gem purchases are processed through external providers and are additionally governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Strategic Coaching and Results
Clash Strategic coaching is educational and training material: it guides you with proposals and analyses, but does not guarantee victories, trophies, or in-game progress. The meta changes, each match depends on your skill and decisions, and the final decision on which deck to use is always yours.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING COACHING AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THAT THE COACHING WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME IN THE GAME.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASH STRATEGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON COACHING OR THE USE OF GEMS AND COINS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Clash Strategic harmless from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, and expense arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
